From the moment I arrived at First Surgical Hospital, I was met with kindness and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. From sweet darling Michelle who took the time to explain everything in detail and answered each question I had to ease anxiety. You can tell this young lady is extremely passionate about her job. She always has a smile on her face and the most positive and welcoming vibe. Now for Miss Michele who works in the lab is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) with those blood draws. I am terrified of needless and told her that. She is so warm and nurturing. I did not feel a thing. Sweetheart Yobani is an absolute darling. He had to place the EKG stickers on me after surgery, my husband was very impressed the way he handled my privacy. Miss Sheila, Miss Joyce and Anzara were my nurses. All 3 were always so kind and gentle. Whenever I needed anything they would always go above and beyond to help me and never made me feel as if I was a burden. Chelsey with the research team was absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and attentive, super professional and knowledgeable. Jeanine is the best smelling nurse I\u2019ve ever encountered. She has amazing bedside manners. I am terrified of needles and something was wrong with the line. I told her it was ok to take it out and try again. She worked her magic and the line started working so she didn\u2019t have to stick me again. Each member of the medical staff demonstrated not only their expertise but also a genuine compassion that made a world of difference in my experience. Your dedication to your patients is truly inspiring, and I felt cared for every step of the way.\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
